Formally I was based at Illinois Natural History Survey (University of Illinois), and prior to that I was a Wellcome Trust junior research fellow at the University of Glasgow. Interests
I am involved in developing web-based infrastructures to support the work of biological taxonomists and systematists. When I am not doing this I work on the evolution of parasitic lice (Phthiraptera).
