Uri Hershberg's profile

What I do

I am a Post Doc at the Yale School of medicine. I am a Theoretical Biologist. I have in the past described a defining principle of cognitive systems and built models of T cell repertoire homeostasis and HIV dynamics. At present I study B cell affinity maturation and innate immune response to viruses. In both cases I am very interested in the interaction of mutation and selection which ultimately lead to population type changes.
