I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, where I have since graduated; I’m certified by American Association of Drugless Practitioners as a Holistic Health Practitioner. I help people improve their eating habits, stop their cravings and binges, alleviate digestive disorders, chronic conditions, allergies, asthma, PMS, feel better in your bodies and achieve their ideal weights, experience a lasting increase in their energy and vitality, feel confident in choosing and preparing better food for themselves, experience an increase in overall satisfaction with life.

am a God Fearing, born again Christian, My belief is that Jesus Christ is Lord, and he is the son of the living God. I am a simple, Adventurous/Wild/Spontaneous, Conservative/Clean Cut, Earthy, Friendly/Kind, High Energy, Humorous/Witty, Sensitive/Nurturing/Loving, Outgoing, Romantic, Serious/Responsible, Spiritual, fun loving, health nut, who believes “life is a gift, and good health is earned.” I love family and marriage, travel, good food, music, dancing, photography, fishing, quite time in the park. I have no time to Play Head Games. I live a life that my son Ashton can and will copy. My views on Love: Love has more to do with behavior over feelings, and if we treat people based on our behavior over our feelings, our Relationships will last a life time. It is ok to feel love for a person, but our behavior towards them is more important.
