Sunil Kappagantula's profile
I'm male and 28
What I do
My primary focus has always been the disorders of the nervous system. I started my career in Scientific research in NIMHANS, India (www.nimhans.kar.nic.in) where I created a cell line model for ALS by using motor neuron cell lines & astrocytic monolayers.
I’m now working towards my PhD at Cambridge University working in the field of axon regeneration. I’m more specifically interested on the changes on membrane of the injured axon that might regulate axon regeneration.
