Professional interest in high-throughput cell screening, with a principle focus on Drosophila RNAi screening. Including assay development, over-expression screens and fluorescent imaging.
Projects
The DRSC is involved in evaluating new tools and protocols for primary cell culture, transfection, luminescence read-outs and image analysis. The DRSC is also developing new reagents, including new focused gene set RNAi sub-libraries and over-expression constructs.
