What I do
Well…….. the idea is to know more about the static sites of endocytosis. It is in contrast to the actin patches which are also involved in endocytosis but they are dynamic. The major components of the static sites are Pil1 and Lsp1 and if you see the Walther et al 2006 in Nature then you will be intrinsically inspired to find out why they are in patches.
