My current program is focused on how small molecules (like metal ions) interact with cellular processes, involving metal-binding chaperonins, protein structures, and light-weight bioinformatics analyses.

Interests
Since I transfered my research field from time to time, I got a wide interest in several topics. At present, I’m feeling it attractive to study the interaction of natural or synthesized small molecules and proteins.
Projects
to study the interaction of metal and protein by means of bioinformatics, biophysics and physiology, using the gastric pathogen, Helicobacter pylori, as the model organism.
