Roland Lehmann's profile

I'm male and 29

What I do

PhD Student in the Protein Engineering Group at the FMP Berlin. Trying to push the envelope of detecting protein interactions a bit further by combining and extending several methods.

Interests

My main area of interest is molecular biology in general. Right now I’m into signaling of activated T cells. For this I am doing pulldowns, affinity purifications (like TAP tag), immunofluorescence, mass spectrometry and all the methods surrounded by this. The special protein of interest is ADAP, a T cell adapter protein which hasn’t told its whole story yet.

Projects
