Interests
My main area of interest is molecular biology in general. Right now I’m into signaling of activated T cells. For this I am doing pulldowns, affinity purifications (like TAP tag), immunofluorescence, mass spectrometry and all the methods surrounded by this. The special protein of interest is ADAP, a T cell adapter protein which hasn’t told its whole story yet.
