Interests
Cell Cycle research: Both as an experimentalist and as a bioinformatician. DNA-microarray: Probe design (e.g. splice-detection arrays) and data-analysis. Alternative splicing and gene structure in general – e.g. how does introns and exons evolve, and how does alternative splicing affect protein3D strcuture.
