RADHARAMAN PANDEY's profile
What I do
My main focus area is Epigenetic regulation of gene expression by non-coding RNA.We are studying the regulation of gene expression in Kcnq1 imprinted cluster on mouse chromosome 7. Our studies show that the entire cluster is epigenetically regulated by a non coding RNA “Kcnq1ot1”. We are further exploring the molecular details of this regulation using transgenic mice and cell culture approach.
