      I study Cognitive Science (and, soon, Mathematics) at the University of California at Irvine and quite like it here! When not in classes or working, I hang out at the Visual Perception & Neuroimaging Laboratory.

      Generally I am interested in visual perception. If I had an ROI it would be visual area MT, but really, I’m not picky – I find most topics in the study of cognition intriguing! Currently I’m investigating lexical priming in the attentional blink; this summer I’ll be entertaining myself with the perception of point-light walkers under various contrast conditions. I also have vested interests in quantum mechanics, the logic and philosophy of science, photography, science writing, and playing my brand spankin new guitar.
