Interests

My research area is integrative bioinformatics. I am particularly interested in the functional interpretation of large-scale approaches.
I focus my research on the investigation of the mechanisms of molecular evolution involved in the setting up of multiprotein complexes and on the development and use of methods for the analysis of gene expression, using data from transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics.
