Natalia Maltsev's profile
What I do
My current interest is analysis of complex Human multigene disorders using computational approaches.
In a broader sense I am interested in evolution of biological systems and design of informatics approaches to studies of systems properties.
My group at Argonne National Laboratory has developed the PUMA2 and GNARE Grid-based integrated computational systems for high-throughput analysis of genomes and metabolic networks.
My new project at the University of Chicago is GeDi — an integrated bioinformatics platform for analysis of complex Human genetic disorders with the emphasis on mental disorders
