I am a father, writer, editor, mower of lawns and weeder of gardens, weeder of lawns and mower of gardens, an amateur chef in training with dreams of one day of opening my own restaurant and going bankrupt, conspiracy theorist, Luddite, and survivalist-in-waiting.

Surviving the coming apocalypse and defeating the zombie hordes.

Projects
I am nearing completion of a supernatural mystery thriller novel tentatively titled Shades of Black. I am also working on a historical fantasy novel called The Sword of the Prophet.
I edit two literary zines – Postcards From… and Southern Gothic.
I post a digest of excellent short fiction available online at ShortFictionWeb.
Other projects include:
Trying to sell my house. Trying to rent my house. Trying to find some way to get out of this house before it makes me homeless and distitute.
Trying to sell two other novels.
Trying to sell six screenplays.
Trying to sell myself to someone interested in selling my work.
As you can see, I’m not a very good salesman. I’m thinking of hiring a marketing firm to reinvent me, and maybe an actor to portray me.
