Michelle Peckham's profile
What I do
I am a Reader in Cell Biology at the University of Leeds and also direct research training in our Faculty (Biological Sciences) for all of our postgraduates and postdocs (about 400 in total).
I research into molecular motors, what they do in cells and how they do it, and also into cultured muscle cells to discover how they fuse into myotubes and build the first sarcomeres from scratch.
