And by publishing, I mean not just making results public but making them usefully public (searchable, indexed, cross-linked etc). I’m also generally interested in how scientists interact, which is where Nature Network comes in …

      Non-science-wise: music has to be top of the list. Pretty much anything except R&B, hip-hop and Philip Glass.
