      Phd student at the max-delbrück-centrum, trying to solve some immunological mysteries, mostly involving CD4+ Tcell mediated autoimmunity as well as potential anti-cancer therapies.

      finish my phd thesis!

      One of my project (and I guess my favoured one) deals with the induction of antigen-specific tolerance which I’m trying to investigate in different animal models of autoimmune diseases.
      Do you know the word ‘cul-de-sac’? I guess it describes where I feel right now in this project…

      Another project is more basic cell biology, trying to investigate the mechanisms underlying the process known as “crosspriming” and its potential application in new cancer therapies.
