Interests
i’m interested in finding signatures of natural selection on genomes, with an eye to learn something about how different species are genetically adapted to their ecological niches. currently, i’m working mostly on bacteria (where the data is rich!), and so some of my questions are concerned with ‘what is a species of bacteria, anyway?’
