    • What I do

I wear lots of hats in my job but one of my main responsibilities is to support early-career researchers. Having worked and trained as a careers adviser in HE and with a science research background I have established and run a range of career programmes for life sciences researchers over the past 5 years or so. I also offer one-to-one advice for people and help with their CVs and job-seeking.

    • Interests

My main work interest lies with finding creative and effective ways to coach scientists in their career transitions whether they are aiming to stay in research or to so something completely different.

In my spare time my favourite thing to do is to go walking in the Lakes or Yorkshire Dales with my dog, Dimitri, and friends to keep me company in dog-friendly pubs and cafes along the way.
