What I do
I’m finnishing my PhD in computer science, albeit being a Biologist by degree. The aim of my PhD is to explore design patterns, a very common engineering technique in software production, in the realm of knowledge representation for life sciences. So basically I’m trying to make languages like OWL easy for biologists, to allow them to create cool ontologies.
