Hassan Rokni Zadeh's profile

I'm male and 28

What I do

I am screening the collection of PGPR bacteria from CMPG (Belgium), SWRI (Soil and Water Research Institute, Iran) and NIGEB (National Institute of Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology, Iran) to find antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas savastanoi, the cause of olive knot disease. For the promising ones correspondent compound(s), the gene(s) and their regulation will be characterized.
