I work on analogues of marine derived molecules, which are capable of forcing SH-SY5Y carcinoma cells into apoptosis.
In addition these analogues are tested on kinase inhibition of cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdks).
Analogues belong to chemical families including lamellarins, meriolins, and indirubins.
