What I do
Eag1 is a voltage-dependent potassium ion channel, normally only expressing the CNS, that has been implicated in tumor formation. Our research suggests that Eag1 contributes to oncogenesis by interfering with the normal cellular oxygen homeostasis pathway that regulates angiogenesis and metabolism.
