Interests
Primarily to understand the relevance of Non-coding DNA. Apart from that, I’m also interested in studying inborn genetic diseases. Also in bioinformatic approaches which give holistic understanding of the genome. I also take interest in appreciating evolutionary processes.
Projects
To elucidate the ways by which interspersed repeats affect the transcriptional repertoire of the genome.
