Alexey Larionov's profile
What I do
I work in the Edinburgh Breast Research Group. I am involved in transcriptional analysis of changes in clinical breast cancer biopsies caused by treatment with aromatase inhibitors. My lab duties include tissue processing, RNA extraction, reverse transcription and quantitative PCR. As well I am involved in PCR and micro-array data analysis.
