      Modelling Hormone Dynamics for a detailed knowledge of hormone dynamics which is essential for understanding endocrine communication networks. I work on mathematical modelling and algorithm development and will focus on the adaptive responses of neuroendocrine systems to exercise and stress.

      Visual dataflow programming for in silico biology- Effort to develop new softwares that can integrate heterogeneous high-throughput biological data with available data analysis tools, and allow the user to visually create and execute the in silico analysis pipelines from available collection of resources through a easy to use intuitive user interface.
