What I do
I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at Harvard Medical School. The main focus of my research is the structural analysis of a protein-RNA complex by NMR methods. Since I work in a crystallography group I am also hoping to learn how to crystallize and solve structures by X-ray methods.

Interests
I am working on the development of RNA binding assays for a human protein. I am planning to use a gel shift assays and isothermal calorimetry to characterize this interaction. I am also interested in the discovery of small molecule inhibitors of the protein-RNA interaction. Ultimately we plan to analyze the structure of the complex by NMR or crystallography.
