      Co-founder of one of the first biotechnology companies, in 1981!

      Wrote career blog for New York Academy of Sciences.

      Wrote Adapt or Die column for HMS Beagle (Elsevier).

      Have consulted to academic and commercial labs for 15 years, biotech companies for over 20 years.

      Work privately with individuals on career development, as well as with institutions.
