What I do

Development of methods for detecting endogenous proteins, protein complexes and nucleic acids in basic research and for high-content screening based around PLA technology (Proximity Ligation) and applications thereof. PLA is a DNA-amplifiable protein assay platforms for both in vitro and in situ single molecule detection of proteins, protein interactions (e.g. dimerization) and modifications (e.g. phosphorylation). Readout methods include QPCR and rolling circle amplification (RCA).
