      Identified Krüppel-like proteins expression and regulation by QPCR, Western, cDNA cloning, transient transfection study in ovary. Lentivirus expression of KLF13 to study the steroidogenic genes expression. KLF13SREBP-1 protein interaction using GST immunoprecipitation.
      Proved the transcription factors (KLF13, SREBP-1) binding on low-density lipoprotein receptor promoter by chromatin immnuoprecipitation (ChIP) and EMSA assays.
