What I do
Currently I am working with the bioinformatics team in Fraunhofer SCAI, Sankt Augustin, Germany. We are using the potential of text mining approaches to extract biological and chemical data from unstructured free texts. We try to integrate these data into the experimental outcomes and analyze the resultant networks related to human diseases.

Interests
My research interests lie in the areas of systems biology, specially information processing in biological signal networks, and network biology of human diseases. I am interested in analysis of behavior and dynamism of biological networks.
