What I do
I am responsible for Veterinary Public Health at the RVC. I teach undergraduate students enrolled in the BVetMed degree and also post-graduate students in our Masters degrees. I am research group coordinator for Infection & Immunity and Director of the Centre for the Control of Veterinary Infectious Diseases and Zoonoses CVIDZ which will be opened later this year.

Interests
I am interested in complex infectious disease systems, particularly the interface of human and animal populations. My key interest is in applied research as I am motivated by problem solving and impact on policy development and disease prevention/control.
