Interests

I am interested in a wide range of topics in bioinformatics including microarray analysis, gene network inference, network analysis and visualization, evolutionary biology, and database mining. I am a keen software developer in Java and C++. I am fasinated by the ability to solve out-standing biological and medical problems using computational methods.

Projects

  1. Systems biology of the human heart
  2. Modeling evolutionary origin of complex gene regulatory networks
  3. Visualization of large clustered graphs in 3D
  4. Limitation of GRN inference methods
