Interests
I am interested in a wide range of topics in bioinformatics including microarray analysis, gene network inference, network analysis and visualization, evolutionary biology, and database mining. I am a keen software developer in Java and C++. I am fasinated by the ability to solve out-standing biological and medical problems using computational methods.
Projects
- Systems biology of the human heart
- Modeling evolutionary origin of complex gene regulatory networks
- Visualization of large clustered graphs in 3D
- Limitation of GRN inference methods
