What I do
Currently grad student in Biochem/Biology at small university in Alaska. Definitely need to go elsewhere as there is zero technology to pursue neuroscience PhD here. I do multiple label fluor ICC. This campus is short on technology, instruction – pretty much everything relating to neuroscience. Fish biology – excellent.

Interests
Been in school too long, taking Cross Cultural classes hopefully to teach science in rural Alaska or transfer to another university with a strong neuroscience program.
Projects
Developed great neurotox project; could not get funding. Got stuck back with a previous professor, worst experience of my life. I do not recommend this university for grad school except a very few northern study/biology type programs.
