Interests
Work – DNA replication, replication fork pausing, stalling, etc. Biochemistry of nucleic acids, structure, discrimination between ribonucleotides and deoxyribonucleotides.
Outside of work – I have two daughters, 11 months and 5 years old. So everything about keeping them happy, healthy and intelligent is interesting. And, of course, the sore question of balancing career in science and family.
