Interests
At the moment I am interested in gene therapy and the possible use of mesenchymal stem cells as a delivery system.
However, I am also interested in Immunology, and the complex balance between tolerance and activation in response to a new stimuli, a question which I believe is at the heart of modern medicine.
Outside of work, I present a show on Imperial College student radio. Next year, I intend to start up several new shows, one of them a science based chat show.
Projects
I am currently mapping insertion sites of a lentivirus based vector within mesenchymal stem cell lines by using LAM-PCR.
