Interests
I work on a wide range of subjects in Material Science. The important connection is that I find them interesting problems. At present I work on the mechanical properties of biological materials, inkjet printing as a manufacturing tool, bioprinting (depositing proteins and cells), bucket chemistry nanotechnology and materials for fine art projects.
Projects
Does inkjet printing damage proteins and cells? GHz acoustic imaging of biological tissue and cells, High spatial resolution probing of mechanical properties, Novel fabrication and mechanical properties of nanowires, Inkjet printing as a manufacturing tool
