Interests

I am trained as a macromolecular crystallographer. I have been practicing structural biology (especially of M. tuberculosis proteins), experimental as well as computational for the last 15 years. Recently I have also developed interest in computational biology, especially in predicting large biomolecular networks.

Projects

Structural studies on M. tuberculosis toxin-antixon systems
Analysis of genome-wide protein:protein interactions
