I’m currently working on identification of genetic – risk factors for cognitive dysfunction that are likely to be responsive to targeted dietary (and pharmacologic) interventions for cognitive
protection. I’m also interested in the dynamics of interplay between folate and vitamin B12 metabolism and it’s effects on chronic disease, especially diabetes. Epidemiology and data analyais keeps me going. iodine deficiency disorders and clincal thyroidology also hold my interest.
