Propter Doc has posted her beef (ha ha) with sandwiches. It’s not as bad as I expected; they are not so much philosophical problems but practical ones, that with attention to detail can easily be overcome.
With a little effort, sandwiches can maintain their position as the lunch of choice for the postdoc on the go.
