I just received word that my article, Male Chauvinist Chimps or the Meat Market of Public Opinion?, was selected as PLoS One’s Post of the Month. I would like to send out a big thank you to Bora and the entire PLoS One family. There were a lot of excellent posts this month and I enjoyed reading a good many of them.
I also want to thank Cristina Gomes and Christophe Boesch for an excellent paper. This has been a controversy in evolutionary anthropology for the last fifteen years and, based on their innovative and painstaking approach, they’ve done a beautiful job arriving at their conclusion.
