Join us today, Tuesday 26th May, for the next in our occasional series of talks and events given by members of the Nature community in Second Life.

Today’s guest is Jeddin Laval, and the topic desalination. The need for life-supporting water worldwide is growing much faster than the ability to supply it. We need to find ways to tap seawater supplies with minimum energy expenditure and environmental impact. This presentation offers one high-level vision of how it might be done and will demonstrate how Second Life modelling can be used to visualise such concepts.

All very welcome – join the Facebook group or just come along!

Speaker: Jeddin Laval / Dana Paxson
      Venue: Amphitheatre, Elucian Islands
      Date: Tuesday 26th May
Time: 10 AM SLT, 1 PM EDT, 6pm BST

      All welcome!
