Unless you count editorials (DOI:10.1038/442848a), I think this might be one of the first publications that is a direct result of scifoo.

We wrote a little review paper about Connotea and other tools that we think are helping digital libraries to become more personal, sociable, integrated and accessible places. It talks about these tools and how they might fit into Science 2.0 See below.
So thanks are due to Timo Hannay for inviting me, I don’t think I could have written the paper without all the inspiration I got at scifoo.
Duncan Hull, Steve Pettifer and Douglas B. Kell (2008) Defrosting the Digital Library: Bibliographic Tools for the Next Generation Web PLoS Computational Biology, 4(10):e1000204+. DOI:10.1371/journal.pcbi.1000204
That looks a useful overview – I will have a good read of it later on.
Cheers Duncan – I will definitely have a look too. And congratulations on the publication!
