Chris Patil's profile

What I do

I’m currently studying the regulatory biology of cellular senescence, in Judy Campisi’s lab.

I also maintain a weblog, Ouroboros, about recent advances in the biology of aging.

Interests

My main interest is biogerontology, the modern biology of aging. I’m working on one aspect of that in the Campisi lab, and keeping abreast of the rest of the field at my weblog. So much more than a full-time job. :-)
