I am researching as a postdoc in the University of Granada. I work in Taxonomy and Ecology of halophilic microorganisms.

Interests
My professional interests are microbiology and above all, evolutionary genomic of microbial world in general.
Out of the lab, I love doing all kind of sports, specially tennis, ping-pong, swimming and running. I also really like travelling. I have visited numerous places, but I would love to go to Southamerica.
Projects
In the next future, I would like to start as a postdoctoral in a group working in phylogeny and biodiversity of microorganisms.
