      I have been meaning to finish writing my impressions of the science blogging conference and I will, but right now I have bigger fish to fry. Or to stress over, as the case may be.

      Drum roll please…

      I have finally pulled together a defense committee and set a defense date.

      May 6. May 6. May 6.

      Is it possible to hold one’s breath for close to three months? I am going to give it a try.
