Well, it’s a worldwide website, so GMT makes most sense to most people.
From this inverted perspective, Zulu works best. Offsets are never given respective to Daylight Saving.
Strictly speaking you should have UTC, but seeing as that’s GMT without the British Imperialistic overtones, I say nuts and leave it as it is ;)
