DESCRIPTION:'From the Heart' is an interactive workshop for all ages using 
 music\, movement and projected images to journey through the human heart. I
 nternationally acclaimed performers Eugene Skeef\, Roxana Pope and Jonny Wi
 lson will guide you through the unique experience of playing\, moving and m
 aking beats to music from the heart.

\nThe themes that will be explored 
 include: resonance\, being in tune/wellbeing\, the heart in relation to dif
 ferent emotions and how heart rates relate to different types of music. Wat
 er drums\, udus (ceramic pot drums)\, laptops and human bodies are just som
 e of the instruments that will be available to play.

 rhythmic exercises inspired by your own pulse.
