DESCRIPTION:Recent studies have highlighted the essential role of flavour p
 hysics in searching for and understanding physics beyond the Standard Model
 . At the same time\, advances in accelerator technology have made realistic
  the possibility of an e+e- machine reaching unprecedented luminosities abo
 ve 1036/cm2/s1. I will summarise the opportunities presented by the SuperB 
 project\, as described in the recent Conceptual Design Report.
