 tdocs in effective management and career development. Participants will hav
 e the opportunity to hear about current trends including UK HERD (Higher Ed
 ucation Research Development) Group\; explore areas such as induction\, eng
 aging researchers in university/research environment\; researcher career de
 velopment\, broadening career horizons\, and the role of PDP and appraisal 
 in effective career guidance.
